Approval/report for Outbound Transfer and Other Relevant Matters
Approving or reporting on pathogen resources exported overseas under Article 16, 17 of the Pathogen Resources Act to protect domestic pathogen resources and sovereignty of researchers under the Nagoya Protocol.
01 Approval / Report Consultation for Outbound Transfer etc.
- Telephone Consultation (+82-43-913-4254)
- Approval: Pathogens resource included in the list of Pathogens resources subject to approval for outbound transfer
- Report: Pathogens resource not included in the list of Pathogens resources subject to approval for outbound transfer
- ▶ Restrictions
- Where foreign exports are prohibited by other laws, or when facilities and equipment that meet the pathogen resource safety management criteria are not provided (Article 16 (3) of the Pathogen Resources Act)
02 Fill out and submit application
- 1 copy of the official document for application (own form)
- 1 copy of application
- Documents concerning names, types, and characteristics of pathogen resources List of pathogen resources requested for overseas transfer
- 1 copy of Export Pathogen Management and Utilization Plan Management plan for pathogen resources for overseas transfer

- Application Documents: Preparing the NNCCP website
03 Reception, Deliberation, Notification (NCCP)
- Processing Period: Within 14 days from the date of receipt
- Deliberation by the Deposition and Distribution Deliberation Committee
- In case of “report”, it is accepted immediately and there is no notification procedure
